A crazy man, a cat, and a doctor.

CrazyRussianMusicVideoFilter: I saw a great video by a Russian band from maybe 15 years ago, centering around an insane guy (real video, but made to look old), a cat (animated), and a painting that shows a doctor coming to bring him something (just strange). I was told the song was essentially about the same, and possibly titled with something about a cat. The band was named something like ночь, but youtube isn't coming up with anything like what I remember. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Chorus:

Man and cat cry by the window
A gray rain falls right on the glass.
To the man and cat comes the emergency medical service,
The poor man's brain has gone nuts.

Chorus:
The doctor drives, drives through the snowy plain.
He brings a healing powder to people.
The man and cat take this powder,
And sadness goes away, and grief passes.

Man and cat count the days with difficulty,
Instead of a blue sky, a gray ceiling.
Man and cat fly at night,
Only the unprophetic dream doesn't give wings.

Where are you (3x), white carriage?
In the walls of the toilet the man cries out.
But the walls don't hear, pipes like veins,
And the overflow pipe, like a heart, beats crazily.

Here's a page on Feodor Chistyakov, the bandleader.

Rats, I just realized I mistranslated бачок сливной—it's not "overflow pipe" (whatever that is), it's the tank or cistern of the toilet, the thing with the flush handle on it.
