Can you ID this site that benchmarked page loads graphically?

I saw an internet benchmark-type site a while back, but I am having trouble finding it...

It allowed you to type in a URL and it would show you a graphic analysis of the amount of time it took each element of that page to download. I seem to recall it was through W3, but I couldnt find it there, and googling is taking me to all the wrong places. Anyone know this offhand?

There are some on the tools page that sound right, Watson, Bobby or maybe it was one of the ones that required registration?
