printer/scanner/copier/fax for OS X 10.5

I'm looking for a good all-in-one color printer/scanner/copier/fax for OS X 10.5 (Leopard).

My aging Officejet G85 is no longer officially supported and I've never been impressed with HP's software for OS X. Anybody using one they're happy with?

The Kodak EasyShare 5100(?) works really well for us. Seems to be doing fine under Leopard. Only issue is that you have to get cartridges at Best Buy. On the other hand, they're cheap.

I like my canon mp640. Scanner, fax, copier, printer, keydrive usb slot, preview screen. Ink is the usual price, which is all expensive of course. Picked it up at the apple store for a bit over $200 about 6? months ago. Individually replaceable cartridges, and if you have airport express, can be wireless.

After looking at how much color output I actually produced in relation to receipt printouts, maps to drive somewhere, and the usual office stuff, I went for a b&w laser all-in-one and kept my older color printer (Canon i9900) in the corner for making Christmas cards and the like.

Specifically, I bought a Brother 8860DN, but they do have models with less features that aren't as behemoth. I've had no OS X trouble with Brother's drivers (Leopard even), and they have a TWAIN driver for the (color) scanner. In my experience, Brother treats OS X and Linux as first class platforms that it must support, unlike Canon and HP, which seem to me to treat them as annoyances that they must placate. My Brother printer has a CUPS driver, can scan and email to me (or dump it onto my desktop as a pdf), print dual sided stuff, and photo copy dual sided. It isn't a heavyweight office copier super machine, but at the price point I paid and my level of usage, it provides great value.

I have a Canon MP830 and think it's fantastic. Great copies (color & B/W), pretty decent scans, and great prints. I don't use it for faxing much but it works well for that, as well.
