What should I get engrave on my iPod

Suggestions please, on what to get engraved on brand new iPod.

I decided to splurge for the a new pod, probably an 80gig classic, as opposed to buying a refurbished one like before, which means I can have something engraved on it. I don't want just my name or it doesn't even have to have my name on it, but I'm looking for ideas for something extremely unique.

I've read the suggestions here and while "Don't Panic" is close it still falls flat to me due to being more of an injoke, albeit a popular one. "Pussy Wagon" is kinda in the ballpark for its combination of words and ideas, but it's offensive and only funny in a movie character.

I'm not looking for a specific quote per se, though that would be fine if it was extremely good, rather for the idea of something. Example: "Artist X always had interesting things to say about Y, maybe look up some of his quotes."

It can only be two lines long and can only have 22 characters, including spaces, in each line.

Ideas?

I've always used a favorite, definitive song lyric.

Four years later, I'm still happy with the engraving on my third generation iPod: "There are many like it / but this one is mine."

Nothing. Engraving seems a bit lame and tacky, like personalized license plates.

Note that if you engrave it you vastly reduce its value on the second-hand market.

My son's has "####'s Ipod. Touch me & you die."

You can do simple things, like your ipod's name: Sexy Ipod, BB's Mash-ups, Mefi Mixes, etc.

Since 22 characters doesn't really leave much room for an entire song lyric, you could go with the first few notes of a favorite song, like: EDCD EEE, EEE, EEE (Mary had a little lamb)

Can you think of a short quote relevant to an interest or hobby of yours? I knit, and I just had the Holly Golightly quote "I may be knitting a ranch house" engraved on my iPod. The iPod is always in a case or sleeve, so I'm the only one who knows it there, but it still makes me smile when I do see it.

I put my name and gmail address. Lame I guess, but I couldn't think of a two line quote that I would definitely positively like to have associated with the device for as long as I have it.

(Ha ha. How weird - well for me)

Two days ago I was given an engraver so I've been putting little kitty prints across everything.
The trick to it is a little in the detail but mostly it's just the placing of them.

After a CD player was stolen from my car, I engraved "stolen from drezdn" on the next one, and doodled some designs in the cover with a Dremel, ensuring it'll have no resale value. Granted, you could only do part 1.

For two of my iPods, I went with very short quotes from books.

My pink one has: "Not all who wander are lost."
My purple one has: "After all this time? Always."

Is there a book you really like? Maybe you can pull a short quote from it? :)

First name. Mobile phone number. Also put a readme.txt file in the root directory with the same info. Otherwise if you lose it, you can pretty much forget it ever existed.

I always put my name and email address on my iPods. I imagine that for the finder of a lost iPod, there must be a conflict between the temptation to keep it it, the will to do the right thing and try to find its owner, and the inertia of it not being one's problem, just leave it where it is. I'm pretty sure that a name and contact details right on the back of the thing would tip the balance towards the second option.
