Odeo alternatives?

Know any good alternatives to Odeo? I love the simplicity of Odeo and use it to email audio instructions. However, Odeo seems overloaded and it can take days to upload recordings. Who else has entered this space and is servicing it better than Odeo?

There are quite a few free podcasting hosts. I found that the Podcasting YahooGroup is quite helpful in finding a good one. (although squabbly and very, very verbose).
