What are the Mark Allen and Dave Scott's fastest marathon times?

Both as part of Ironman, and as standalone events?

According to this page, Mark Allen's best time in the marathon component of the triathlon is 2:40:04 (1989), and according to this page, Dave Scott's best time is 2:49:11 (1986).

Not sure about their standalone times.

What's PB stand for?
