Where can I get an uncut video of the DARPA Urban Challenge event?
I recorded a chunk of the live webcast of the Urban Challenge, and I see that there's a highlight reel available, but is there any way for me to get my grubby mitts on the full, live event complete with pretend-its-the-superbowl commentary? Higher quality preferred, but I'm really after completeness.

Best answer: There is a torrent containing a capture of the low-res DARPA webcast: http://thepiratebay.org/tor/3873219/DARPA_Urban_Challenge_Final_Event

Response by poster: I contacted VideoFiles and got a price list for future seekers:
Jeff indicated that there are plans for the full six-hour event but that they are not available yet.

Also, if you want a car's-eye view, you might email the teams and ask nicely. I was part of the DGC in 2005, and our team had a lot of video taken from the front cameras that we saved for later analysis, and I suspect we weren't the only ones; the teams might be willing to give you a copy if they've still got it. (We ended up putting part of it on YouTube.)
