What reputable graduate (MA or PhD) programs in the philosophy of education are out there? I know of the ones listed here, and of Columbia. Do you know of any others?

You could probably do it as an MA through the Specialized Program at Harvard Grad School of Ed. Additionally, you might want to look at universities that have schools of education, and philosophy programs that are highly customizeable.
