70'sShirtFilter: Where can I buy this type of shirt?

It's collared with vertical stripes going down the front of it. Here is a screencap of it from American Gangster. I'm guessing it was popular back in the 70's because that's when the movie is based. Where can I buy it online, and what this type of the shirt is called would be great, if possible. Thanks MeFites!

I suggest contacting Bobby from Boston (617-423-9299). It is an incredible vintage clothing store. They are also known for supplying costumes for many films. At the very least you could ask them for an e-mail address, send the photo and get pointers about the shirt and where to find it.

Search on ebay, using keywords like "knit," "banlon," "disco," "towncraft." There are a couple of sellers on ebay who specialize in men's vintage clothes, one is thestrawberry.
I would just email some sellers on ebay and ask them if they have anything like this shirt in their inventory. I've definitely seen shirts like this in my years of vintage clothes shopping!

That screen cap could be better. It reminds me of a knit shirt I (and a friend at school) had as a kid in the 60's. The front was stripped velour, the rest of it was just some typical knit fabric.
