Where can I find Windows software to speed up an mp3 while maintaining its pitch?

I'm sure I remember some software once existed that could speed up an mp3 file but keep the pitch constant (ie. avoid the 'chipmunk' effect you get when you speed up sound). Does anyone know where I might find something like that (for Windows)?

I'm not sure if it does speed up (I just use it to slow down tracks when I'm trying to learn them on me banjo) but try Chronotron

I've used PaceMaker, also a winamp plugin. It can shift tempo and pitch independently of each other.

Windows Media Player? Not a great range of speeds though.

I can majorly vouch for Chronotron, as mentioned by Holloway. Speed up to 200%, slow down to about 65%, and adjust the pitch up to 600 cents (6 semitones) in either direction. It's incredibly fun (try Yellow Submarine pitch-shifted down all the way and you'll see what I mean). Well worth the shareware fee.

Bah. And, of course, once I go to try out PaceMaker, it turns out to do more than Chronotron and cost less. Either one's what you're looking for, Reklaw.
