Did I imagine this Vine column?

Looking for a specific old Vine advice column from the Tomato Nation website about how to handle panic attacks among friends.

I remember reading a Vine column from a few years back that included a letter from a woman who was prone to panic attacks and wanted to know what to say to her friends when she felt one coming on and they didn't know what to do. I also remember that one of the suggestions in the answer involved having a few directions planned out in advance, something to the effect of: "You hold my hand, you get me a glass of water, and everyone else clear the room and SHUT IT." Today I'm going crazy trying to find that column, and googling a bunch of permutations of the above paraphrase is not working. Hence this incredibly stupid question. Did I make the whole thing up? If any Vine readers remember the column, please link me.

Is there a place on the TWoP forums where you could ask about this? I'll bet a lot more of their folks are regular Vine readers.

the closest i could find was this, but i'm pretty sure it's not what you were looking for. have you tried emailing sars?
