Casual massage classes in DC

Anyone know of places that offer massage workshops in the DC/MD area? I've looked around at some of the local massage schools, but they don't seem to offer public classes and I'm not looking to become a licensed or registered massage therapist, just looking to surprise my honey (hence the anonymity).

This may not be quite what you are looking for, but Natural Body Spa in Arlington offers instructional couples massage for $120, where you can learn with your honey. It's what was suggested for me when I asked awhile ago.

Since no one else is chiming in with a perfect answer, have you considered getting a couple's massage at a spa instead. I had a great massage at Jolie in Bethesda and they have a Couples Spa package.

You might want to try the community colleges in the area. Specifically the adult ed courses.
