Does anyone know where I can eat Prime Rib Beef in Edinburgh, Scotland? Also known (?) as fore rib of beef? This is a matter of urgency.

Can you go to a butcher and ask for this cut of meat and cook it yourself?

Tempus on George Street would appear to do it but perhaps just on Sundays.

Can't do any better than Google for Edinburgh itself, but if you're willing to venture a bit further, the Champany Inn in Linlithgow is your man. The main restaurant is expensive and bookings are essential, but the Chop is first come, first served and altogether more reasonable.
