What's this short film?

Help me find this short film about a fast moving car...

I watched a short film online a while back and it's killing me that I can't find it again. Here's the description: (Spoilers included)

Opens with an ECU of a man breathing heavily, his hands are tied. Trunk pops open, it's revealed that he's tied up in the trunk of a fast moving car. He climbs out and rides the speeding car, there's no driver, he climbs over the car and smashes the windscreen with a brick, he climbs in and stops the car.

It's a long shot, but does anyone know this and where I can find it?
