Where can I find delicious shabu-shabu in Seattle?

That's the cooking little bits of food in the hotpot thing? I beleive Bush Gardens in the International District does that - I can't tell you if it's delicious or not though.

I used to go to Susumu (its a little north of seattle), but I haven't been there in a good 4-5 years.
