How do I accept PayPal for a foreign country?

Are there any payment processors who will accept PayPal payments for my company?

We have an offshore corporation in a jurisdiction that can only send paypal payments, but cannot receive them. Are there any payment processors who will accept paypal payment on our behalf?

Check out the list of Paypal countries here. We are in the bottom bracket list.

auctionchex.com will exchange PayPal, credit cards and other forms of payment.

moneylaundering-r-us.com didn't seem to work, but auctionchex.com did. I'm exploring it, but it doesn't seem to have a good explanation of their service.

yoyo_nyc, not everyone who does legitimate business exist inside the very few PayPal countries.

Any other suggestions?
