NY traffic lawyer

Any recommendations for traffic lawyers in upstate NY (speeding ticket)? Preferably something of the flat-fee, won't rob you blind variety.

I would recommend contacting your local bar association. Most of them have referral lists, and the people on these lists will usually be well-respected and honest attorneys.

"Upstate NY" is enormous. Perhaps the OP can follow up with a more specific location?

Yeah, upstate is 500 miles. Peter Gerstenzang is good, if expensive. He is based out of the Albany area, but he travels all over the state and is known throughout NY. He's also my father-in-law. But I have on good authority (the book with his name on the spine) that he is a well-respected attorney in the traffic law /DUI world.
