Drink, drank, but not yet drunk

Its sparkling or perhaps plain water, its fruit and sometimes flowers, its mighty tasty, lightly so, and occasionally seen at art galleries by me on show days, but what the hell is it -called-?

Elderflower pressé?

It's light, with a flowery/fruity taste.

If that's it, you might be able to get elderflower juice concentrate at IKEA.

Here's a link to buy elderflower cordial (syrup) that you can dilute with sparkling water.

I use the Belvoir (pronounced 'Beaver') one, which you can buy here.

One bottle of the cordial lasts a long time as the flavour is very concentrated.

You can also buy the pressé and the cordial here.

Ah yes, Elderflower presse. I suppose it is quite -like- presse in the distinct manner that the beverage is one of muted flavors but imagine if you were to have instead of but a mere glass of the stuff a mighty bowl or vase full of the stuff. Inside would rest several layers of material. At the top you might have oranges or flowers lightly perfuming the liquor (by which I mean the liquid concoction of ingredients, not the alcohol therein which is in this case nil) from above and below perhaps grapes or other solid, sinking masses such that the entire beverage is both refreshment and display.

Are you getting me here? Not pre-preared, perhaps a presse but certainly not Elderflower when those look to be garden variety Calendula (marigolds) doing the floating.

Looks like (a) attractive, (b) mostly non-alcoholic [not based on Elderberry wine, not matter how "presse"] (c) made from inexpensive, readily available and fresh ingredients -- not from concentrate in the case of cordials or presse's, both of which I have a wide, intimate and not altogether pleasant experience with.

In short: so far, y'all are well off base. Fresh, get it? FRESH!
