Looking for the name of an old C64 game

Looking for the name of a game I encountered on the Commodore 64 around 1987 or so. I remember it being a martial arts themed, 2 player, sidescrolling 'running race' through a series of different traps (fireballs, guillotines, etc...)
The characters were small and the stages were labyrynthine. The stages were static on the screen and when your character reached the end of one another would appear. When your character was killed by a trap, you'd start over at the beginning.
My memory is a bit fuzzy so I may be conflating some of the minor details with another game, but any leads you might have would be fantastic. Thanks!

Have you looked on this site? The inlays link on the right side has screencaps of different games (click on "play/stop" below the image).

Best answer: I'm with dog food sugar (though I remember some version were spelt Krateka). If you fought an eagle at one point, it's definitely that. Otherwise, it might be Bruce Lee.

How foggy is your memory, exactly? The game architecture sounds a bit like Ghosts 'n' Goblins, but that wasn't martial-arts based.

Best answer: My girlfriend is absolutely positive it's a game called Bruce Lee.
She sent along this link as evidence.

Karateka was single-player.
An awesome game though- the first (major) game to have any semblance of fluid body movement animation.

I thought Bruce Lee, too, but the "Labyrinth" comment threw me off. Labyrinth, to me, seemed more like Prince of Persia than Bruce Lee. Oh well. Glad you found it. BL is a good game!
