Help me find a short film on the internet. (more inside)

About a year ago, my husband and I went to a local Italian restaurant, where they happened to be filming a short movie, and we watched the filming as we ate. It featured a couple arguing in a restaurant. We saw repeated takes of a scene where the woman proclaimed "That was my LAST cupcake!!" in an English accent, and then a waiter brought them a foil swan. Someone on the crew told us that it was being made by what sounded like "Lapidus Films", and that it was going to be an internet short. However, I've never been able to locate it on-line. Has anyone ever seen this? It didn't look to be exactly stellar, but I am a bit curious since we were "on the set", so to speak. I've googled and not found anything.

There is a company called "Lapides" that produces "the man show" on comedy central. I only know that because it's on before the daily show. Maybe it was a "the man show" skit?

Most short movies are never seen by anyone beyond the director, if they even make it through post-production. I would say that going inquiring at the restaurant (which surely gave them permission to film, and probably was motivated to watch for their appearance wherever it was going to show) is the only way to increase your chances of finding it beyond the extremely small chance that you will either see it or talk to someone who has.
