Where have I seen this X in a logo before?

A friend of mine is having a logo designed and one of the mockups had this "X" in it. I know I've seen it before, but can't remember where. Thanks hive.

Tangentially reminds me of the logo for the Disney Institute, Walt Disney World's failed attempt to have guests take classes. It's now reperposed as a coporate training program.

The style of the rendering is Olympics-esque so you might also be thinking of that.
