Possibly Impossible DVD burn question

So I've found this, a BBC quasi educational (natural science) vid that I would like to share via DVD with students who don't have internet.

I have winXP and DVD and cd burn ability, but I don't know how to capture this thing in file form. I thought this was a pretty cool thing to share, but is this even possible?

Firefox has video downloading extensions, such as this or this.

desjardins, thank you! I had to find the vid on a non flash (.swf) site, but it's downloading right now.

ah, next time click the link in the lower right corner of the video - should take you to the same video on the Google Video site, and then the extensions should let you download from there.
