If I remember anything, Shekem, Lior, and Sakal all sell electronics. And I think they actually have Radio Shack there.

As for the powerthingy, I have no idea what it is.

it is a "plug in" dongle that makes you have an auto power supply in your house- so you could, for example, use a car charger for your cellphone in your hotel room instead of having two plugs with you all the time.
