Looking for a big picture of Thelonious Monk

I'm trying to track down the photographer, or current rights holder, of the photograph of Thelonious Monk featured on the cover of "The London Collection Vol 3".

I would love to have a framed print of this photo, but none of the poster/art print shops I've found have this image (or anything other than the same handful of photographs). Help!

Best answer: CTS Images appears to own this photo. You can buy an 11 x 14 print for $250.00 from their website, and a 16 x 20 for $350.00.
