Where have all the web emulators gone?

What are the good web-based emulator games?

I have been looking for some good web-based (Java mostly) emulator games. I have found NES ones but I haven't been able to find any others either for Game Boy or Playstation.
I seem to remember playing the orginal Command & Conquer on a web emulator. I know there is a way to download the old copies of C&C and Grand Theft Auto but I am looking for JUST the web emulator of any games like this.

There's an x86 emulator with some old DOS games.

I'd be surprised if there was a port of Command and Conquer playable in a web browser as the only reimplementation of it I'd seen is FreeCNC.

Should have read the question more closely -- this won't get you C&C or GTA, but it will give you 1100 awesome games.

GameTap also does this - and it has a billing structure similar to AOL - call to cancel and get free months. I've had it off and on for 2 years now, and have only paid for 2 months (only because I forgot to call and "cancel")
