No-fee gift cards, in bulk?

Does anybody have experience buying gift cards, in bulk, from a bank or credit card company? I am looking for ones that don't charge an additional fee, or that charge a very modest fee.

Unfortunately, in my internetting, I've come across a lot of seemingly purposeful lack of information, particularly from the larger banks and companies, who seem to not want to give the particulars of their deals.

Any information that anybody could provide would be helpful. Thank you.

I used this company recently - they were pretty reasonably priced (2.49/card) plus I could personalize the cards, and get them within 2 weeks.
