What is Prefuse 73 sampling?

In the song "Trains on Top of the Game" (from the album One Word Extinguisher), Prefuse 73 samples about 15 seconds of jingly music that sounds like it might have originally come from an arcade or something, although it doesn't quite sound like video game music. Where is it from?

The sample kicks in 57 seconds in. You can also hear it halfway through the audio sample for the song on Amazon. I've tried googling, but haven't found anything useful.

I dunno where it's from, but to me it sounds a lot like an electric organ, accompanied by the spoons, playing something close to "Little Brown Jug".

Doesn't sound like anything I've heard before, other than general carnival atmosphere stuff. I think Prefuse 73 is sampling a bunch of stuff that you'd basically have to dig through obscure or rare crates to recognize. Good luck though.
