All-Ages Nightlife in SF?

All-ages venues in SF for Sunday and Monday nights -- what are our options? Give me whatever you've got.

My girlfriend and I are in SF tonight, Sunday, and Monday nights (we leave Tuesday morning). We are staying at the fantastic Elements (highly recomended so far, but it's only been an hour or so) in the Mission district, and are looking for fun things to do tomorrow night and Monday night (we've already turned in for tonight -- admittedly early, but we're beat after a long car ride over today). The catch? We're both 20 (until January and February of next year!).

So... what kinds of things are there to do at night, from the hours of 10pm -- 2am? I'd love to find some live jazz, but that could be understandably hard to come by. Any other places to hang out, drink coffee, eat dessert, sightsee, whatever -- all appreciated. We don't really like loud music and dancing, so it's not really as if we're looking for an "all-ages club".

Other info that might be helpful: we have a car that we can use if necessary (although we prefer to walk/take public transportation), and we're both Seattlites.

As always, other recommendations for places to eat, things to see, etc -- are all welcome, but we've definitely checked out the plethora of previous AskMe info on SF.

One thing to consider... the restaurant that Elements is attached to, Medjool, can be very popular at night. You can go up to the rooftop & hang out with a full view of the city. Because they serve a full menu (and their food is pretty good), I think it's all ages.

(And when you're hanging out at Medjool -- or Elements for that matter -- it probably wouldn't hurt to ask the people you meet if they know of anything cool going on in town. You never know!)

thee parkside is a bar/restaurant that has all ages events on sundays sometimes bottom of the hill does too

might wanna hop on the 37corbett bus and take a neat ride to the haight and go to amoeba records and check out their jazz section

next door to you is foreign cinema, another restaurant (pricier than medjool but very good) that shows classic films outside in their courtyard

I'm living near there and also 20. :) I don't know of much specific happening this weekend, but I have some general recommendations. (Yelp is really useful for this - you can even limit your search to Mission District.) The coffee shops around here are amusing - Ritual Roasters is entertaining, but Muddy Waters down around 24th is actually hang-out-able. Ti Couz is good for dessert crepes, but only open until 10 or 11. There's an art opening tomorrow evening. Octavia Lounge has live jazz within walking distance, but I've never been there and it might not be all-ages. The Roxie is supposed to be fun, too. Hmm, what else? When my boyfriend is visiting, we really like just wandering around, walking or driving. There's interesting stuff to see everywhere in the city.

Since you mentioned dessert, there is a great crepe place called Ti Couz (pronounced "tee cooz") on 16th off Valencia.
