Pleeeease help me figure out what film this is...

Anyone know what this anime feature length film is? It was produced in the late 70's/early 80's and it had a "Romeo and Juliet" plot. The King of Fire (?) and the Queen of the Sea (??) hate one another. The King has a son, the queen has a daughter. The son and daughter fall in love and can only be together after death, as steam.

Hmmm. Try this one one:

It's a sci-fi movie from the mid to late 60's. Space ship and crew are flying around the galaxy. They come across a damaged/drifting ship. One survivor aboard, a female with pinkish, Q-tip looking hair. She never speaks. Turns out she's a space vampire and starts draining the crew. Any ideas?
