Glacier Express Shortcut?

I want to take the Glacier Express when I'm in Switzerland. Is Zermatt to Chur sufficient to get the full fledged experience, or is the best part between Chur and St. Moritz?

Zermatt to Chur is still very nice, but if you want the full experience I'd say Chur to St. Moritz is best.
