Help me identify this artist

Please help me identify an artist.

I was in a sushi place in Coeur d'Alene Idaho and saw a print I'm interested in. At the bottom of the print was the name R. McNeill. The print was very asian (probably Japanese) looking. It was of a red dragon. In the lower left corner was an inset image of a hot dog on a plate. Very strange. But interesting. I wanted to look for more. Anyway, can't find anything. Any help would be appreciated.

Was it something like this one by Robert McNeill?
