Ordering Chimay Salsa from Mexico?

One of my friends is obsessed with acquiring some of this delectable hot sauce, but it doesn't seem to be available in the United States.

He brought two bottles back from Mexico, the green and the black, and is now quite hooked on the stuff. We've been scouring the internet to find a way to order some, as well as asking around the local mercados. Has anyone else had any luck ordering Chimay, or does anyone have any ideas about how we might get our paws on some?

I just wrote an email in Spanish to the factory and to a distributor. If I hear back from them I will let you know.

I'm on a roll... this is from the Tabasco state government. They will sell to anywhere in Mexico, you should give it a try. From the tone of the site, they really want to get their products out there.

They have that sauce (same brand anyway) in the little authentic Mexican place down the street from where I live. Have no clue if they got it from a distributor or brought it in by some other means. Maybe check the more authentic local restaurants near to you?
