My e-mail account is in never-never land. Help me get it out.
A couple of years ago my ex web designer recommended a hosting company and I signed on. I've had nothing but trouble and will switch hosting providers once my e-mail is up and running again.
The current problem is my mail box is full. They are supposed to send me a warning before it filled up completely, but they didn't. There is no phone support (th voice mailbox is full) and they do not respond to e-mails outside of their support ticket system. I can't access c-panel to delete mail or send a support ticket because my log-in isn't working. Of course the requests for lost/wrong password or user name help are sent to the same mailbox that's full. The only thing I haven't tried is to reregister using my alternative e-mail address which I think they'll reject because the address isn't linked to one of their hosting accounts. My last hope may be certified snail mail.
I do have e-mail addresses for the support technician and the administrator but so far there has been no response.
Any suggestions, I'm desperate.

That's bad form.
I think your only hope is to wait. Maybe the support technician or administrator will reply after the long weekend is over.
