What are your favorite podcast-hosting and -streaming services?

I'm looking for a service that will let me host my podcasts on their site, but will give me options to stream them on my own site. Gabcast seems like a good option, ditto libsyn, but i wonder if anyone's got reviews to share...

I host the MetaFilter podcast on libsyn, and it works great. Super simple upload process, easy cheap payments with paypal, and pretty much bulletproof uptime.

I "stream" it to podcast.metafilter.com using the simple and free Flash mp3 player.
