Running Mac software on Windows

I've a (fast) Windows setup and I want to install & run the Mac software on this page. The software requires "a Macintosh computer, ...8MB RAM, System 7.1 or later". What's the best and/or cheapest way of doing this?

Buy an eMac, or a second hand Mac from eBay.

Buy a cheap old Mac which has 8mb of ram and System 7.1 or later. A Mac emulator (or even just Mac OS for x86 architecture) is never going to happen.

Response by poster: Looks like the best part has been answered. The cheapest? It seems there are emulators out there. Are they as good as they claim? That's what I want to know.

Run Basilisk II. System 7.5.3 is available free for download from Apple here.

Tutorial here. You'll need to rip a ROM from an old mac or *gasp* download one from the internet. They're fairly easy to find.

I use this setup (and I do own an old mac ROM, oddly enough) and I can play all my favorite old games at full speed.
