After a messy processor installation.... How can I remove spilt thermal paste from my best trousers?

If it's the white kind of thermal paste, that stuff is mainly zinc oxide, which is also used in things like diaper rash cream. Googling on how to remove zinc oxide or diaper rash cream will probably give you some leads.

1) Take them to a dry cleaner and make them responsible for it.

2) Call the thermal paste company and find out what kind of oil they use in their paste (silicone usually?), and how they recommend getting it out of fabric.

I think you just need soap and water though.
