Name that Tune

I keep seeing a music video on MTV Europe in which two people are walking along and cartoon-like images - mostly words - keep appearing and mutating on the t-shirts. What song/group is this?

The words on the shirts are, if I understood correctly, lyrics from the song. The song is dance/electronica and I originally thought it might be Daft Punk, but it's not. It's sounds like a group of kids singing. For some reason neither the name of the song nor the group is listed after the video.

i believe it is D.A.N.C.E by Justice. but I could be wrong.
