Is there someplace I can find some creative commons licensed adult photos?

I just had the best idea ever and I need some freely useable porn. Images only, not videos or anything. This is just for a creative, whimsical project, so I don't want to piss anybody off by stealing copyrighted photos.

Have you looked through flickr? There's lots of stuff that's creative commons, and there's lots of stuff that's 'adult' (but you have to have an account to view - I don't). Maybe there's some stuff that's both.

Seconding flickr.

I just ran a search there and was told "We found 26,247 results for photos matching nude licensed under the Creative Commons", and another search brought up this "We found 5,357 results for photos matching erotic licensed under the Creative Commons".

30k+ of photos should be enough to keep anyone busy for a while.

Do realize that even if you found such images, if you wanted to display them on your website, you would have to comply with the 2257 laws, which would involve getting model release forms, proof of legal age, etc.

(this is of course assuming that you're in the USA)

After reading that law it seems the original intent was to require just "producers" of such content to document the age of models the DOJ defined a new clss of producers (IE, REDEFINED A WORD) to included anyone who publiches, reproduces, or reissues the materials.

I think thats a pretty heavy hand. As a "reproducer" or a "secondary producer" you should have to document where you receive your material from but I do not believe you should be required to fulfill the same standards as the original production team was.. But thats just me...

Does flickr comply with the 2257 laws? They're displaying the images on their website, but I have a hard time believing they get model release forms, proof of legal age, etc. from each and every nude "model" on flickr.

Perhaps anonymous can include whatever release flickr uses in this situation.

I guess it depends on exactly what sort of stuff you're after, but you might want to check out some stock photos sites like iStockphoto. Plenty of stuff there that's provocative - some of which I'd say falls into the "porn" category. You'd have to pay, but it would be a rather small amount and you'd have the security of knowing that all the images are model released.
