Easy as Pie Reich?

Piano Playing Filter: I play the piano at what I believe is considered the early intermediate level. I enjoy playing the Burgmuller op 100 pieces. I am familiar with Mikrokosmos. I have an easy piano complete beatles book that I LOVE. But, there is

one thing I am really looking for. I like the music of Reich, Glass, and Adams. Did 1) any of these composers write anything for beginning pianists or 2) are there any easy piano collections that include works that would sound something like reich, glass or adams? Thanks in advance for your help. (Long time lurker who finally joined.)

I've got a book of Philip Glass music for Solo Piano, probably the same as this one, with Metamorphosis, Mad Rush and Wichita something, none of which look that hard to me for a novice piano player - there is generally only one busy hand at a time, the keys aren't too bad, the timing is regular. I can't see how you can do any better.
