Name of an old arcade game?

Obscure Video Game Question: Arcade + Roller Skates + Final Fight

I remember this old beat 'em up video game where it featured characters on roller skates/blades. The gameplay directly mimicked Final Fight. It was probably from that same era as well (early 90's). Does anyone know the name?

Streets of Rage 2 had a character on skates.

You can download a MAME ROM of it if you want. I remembered playing this in a movie theater arcade when I was 8 or 9.
