German song name

Help me find the name of a German song!

I was in Spain in the summer of 2005 and there was a video that was being played all the time on MTV in my hotel. I'm pretty sure it was German, it was a band and the lead singer was female. Some part (or all) of the video was similar to "Mediate" by INXS, where they have the words they are singing on signs that they throw away as they sing. I am pretty sure it was a popular song at the time as it was on all the time. I can't remember the name of the song or the band! Please help!

Best answer: Wir sind Helden's web site has a music videos page. You can see if it was indeed "Nur ein Wort." It certainly sounds like it was.
