Where is this movie quote about Superman from?

Scene rattling around in my head I can't place... I saw/read/heard a movie/tv show/rock video/sand painting/book/story/radio show/erotic poem wherein someone, a bad guy I think, is talking about super heros, and he says Superman is his favourite... [something inside, could it be "more", yes, it could very well be]
...because while other super heros really are they're mundane selves (eg, Peter Parker), and put on a disguise to become super (Spider-Man), Superman really is Superman, and his disguise is Clark Kent. And Clark Kent is how Superman, an alien, sees us.
Where's it from? Please help!

Heh. I was thinking Reservoir Dogs--I haven't seen either KillBill yet. The philosophy of comic books is so very, very Tarantino.

Here you go. Don't look in the "leaked" script, because it's not there.

----
Superman stands alone. Superman did not become Superman, Superman was born Superman. When Superman wakes up in the morning, he is Superman. His alter ego is Clark Kent. His outfit with the big red S is the blanket he was wrapped in as a baby when the Kents found him. Those are his clothes.
What Kent wears, the glasses the business suit, that's the costume.
That's the costume Superman wears to blend in with us. Clark Kent is how Superman views us. And what are the characteristics of Clark Kent? He's weak, unsure of himself... he's a coward. Clark Kent is Superman's critique on the whole human race, sort of like Beatrix Kiddo and Mrs. Tommy Plumpton.

He's wrong though. That may have been the case pre-crisis, but after 1986, Clark Kent is the true, confident, strong, award winning, person, and Superman just a small part of who he is.
Annoyed me. Quentin should know better (or at least have made Bill refer to 'old' superman, or 'when i was a boy' or something.)

JKF: annoyed me too, tho not as much as it annoyed my friends when I tried to explain it to them.
