From where do NFL Fantasy Football leagues receive their real-time data?

I was curious where sites like Yahoo, CBS or even the NFL receive their real-time game stats/scores updates? Is there an open data source available?

Judging by the credits on the bottom of the Yahoo page, it looks like PA SportsTicker is one source.
