Idaho tourism filter: what to do in Sun Valley?

Idaho tourism filter: Interesting things to do in Sun Valley/Ketchum? We will be there for a day before we start a bike trip. Relatedly, are there any things we can do that will assist us in getting used to a higher (more airless) altitude?

There are hot springs, but I wasn't able to find good directions online, ask some locals for how to get to Frenchman's Bend hot springs.

Ride the free bus. You can take this up to the resort or anywhere around town.

This might be kind of kooky, but I had a great time shooting skeet at the Sun Valley Gun Club--something I'd never done before & probably won't have the opportunity to do again anytime soon.
