what's up in the elearning community?

I am in need of examples of successful and attractive e-learning sites, preferably geared towards changing jobs and/or women over forty. Gracias.

I teach part time for DeVry in a class for their health information technology degree. I would say three-quarters of my students are women and maybe half over 35. We are geared more toward second career types.
