I'd love to use my MP3 player to listen to quality voice programming like BBC Radio 4, but I don't want the hassle of recording each streamed file separately. Where do you go to download MP3 or WMA format documentaries, comedy shows and interviews?

usenet. There are lots of audiobook, comedy, and spoken word groups in the alt.binaries area. Sample a few.
