Valid Microsoft Product Key?

Where can I download a free product key?

Okay. I have a laptop computer that I bought from a local shop. They installed some programs at my request for free. I recently installed and uninstalled a program and now my MS word is prompting me for a valid product key. I cannot open or edit any documents and I need to do so. The product key I have does not work. I'm short on both cash and time at the moment. Where can I download a free, reliable keygenerator so that I can get some work done?

Help!

This post was deleted for the following reason: Surfing for keygens is not a good use of AskMe.

Open Office can open, edit, and save to the .doc format.

Better alternative than immediately turning to warez, I think.

If you have a valid product key that you paid for, you can just call Microsoft.

What OS are you on? Some other text editors can read and edit Word documents. Open Office has already been mentioned.

Seconding Open Office.

Keygens are pretty much thievery - best to stay away.
