Has anyone used getinterviews.com for resume writing or any similar services? Basically, my sister is looking at using them, the position she is interested in would be reporting to the CIO.

I actually subscribed to this service thinking that Ms. Benedict was a professional. What I found through engaging her is that her services are for first time job seekers and not at all adequate for industry professionals in senior level positions. The service is nothing more than what you might get from a 20-30 dollar resume writing program. I found her to be quite rude when questioned. In fact you are encouraged to only communicate through email. If you attempt to engage by telephone it is nearly impossible. The critique they provide is quite elementary and lacks specificity, and she is clearly unable to provide any significant or precise guidance.
I would strongly suggest that anyone considering this type of professional services to go elsewhere. $595 should get you something more than a disjointed document that contained incorrect wording, improperly used adjectives and poor punctuation.
I strongly suggest anyone considering Alesia Benedict or getinteriviews.com go someplace else, you will be glad you did. Her organization is inept and she unprofessional.
