Where is the cheapest CPM online advertising?

Where, other than on the BlogAds network, can I run an online banner campaign for a less than $5 CPM? I'm talking about large/established sites, networks, and portals. Also, I'm not looking for CPC, CPA, or any kind of text advertising. This question is about cheap CPM banner advertising.

You might want to try someone like Myspace, actually. I have no idea what their CPMs are currently, but they do seem to have a lot of inventory and I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if you could get a $5 CPM. If you're willing to buy a few million impressions, that is.

Try www.projectwonderful.com - mainly webcomics but the rates (which are calculated as Cost Per Day or CPD) are very reasonable on a CPM basis.
