Where can I buy or borrow a sturdy 2.25" button maker in Portland, OR?

We have to make 300 buttons by Friday and our badge-a-minit just gave up the ghost.

Thanks!

Seems like something that you could buy at Michael's.

It does seem that way, but alas they don't stock them.

If you order buttons from the Busy Beaver Button Co. today and pay for a rush, you should have the buttons by Friday.

(I ordered a rush job from them about this time last Monday and received them in the mail on Thursday. And they are awesome.)

Why not inquire at The Independent Publishing Resource Center? Zinesters are bound (NPI) to know of or have access to a button maker!

Piggyback:

Dang! I was about to ask nearly the same question, in Portland, even! Except I really do need to buy my own.

I bought an "Amazing Button Maker" at Joanne's, and got not even one itsy button out of it, as it's such a piece of junk. I am using the dies from it to hand-smash a couple of awful buttons for use today, but I'll need more, and better, by Wednesday.

So if anyone knows where I could grab a badge-a-minit or something similar locally, that would be amazing.
